New Meeting of Interest Announcement
Strasbourg, France - August 28-30, 2008

The meeting was attended by more than 120 individuals and was very well received. Josseline Kaplan gave the Franceschetti Lecture and Brenda Gallie the Ellsworth Lecture. A symposium on gene therapy updated the audience on the latest in the field. A large number of presentations and posters on retinoblastoma and genetic eye diseases were given. The social program was superb with wine tasting at the Caves of the Hopital Civil, a Cheese and Wine party with South American music at the Salle des Fetes, and finally an elegant seated dinner at the famous Kammerzel House restaurant.
We thank Dr. Helene Dollfus and her team for a job very well done.
